BANCROFT RANCH

DIRECTIONS: The Bancroft Ranch is located a half-hour east of the Carmel Valley Village. This makes it about an hour from either Salinas or Monterey

• Take Carmel Valley Rd east to the 23.2 mile marker
• Turn right on Tassajara Rd
• Travel 1.3 miles to the Cachagua Rd fork. Stay left on Tassajara Rd.
• Travel 0.8 more miles on Tassajara Rd
• Turn right on Parrott Ranch Rd. It is a private road so the sign is a small wooden one.
• Travel 1.0 miles up Parrott Ranch Rd. You will pass through the Bernardus Winery.
• The asphalt ends, and you can see the ranch from here. Horse corrals and a grey and white house.
• Travel 1000 more feet and turn right to park in front of the house. If you have a horse trailer, please park in front of the hay shed.
